Abigail Spencer
Abigail Leigh Spencer, born on August 4, 1981, is an American actress. Her most famous work is her performances in the movies Cowboys & Aliens The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great & Powerful This Is Where I Leave You, as well in the television series Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne & Suits. Amantha Holden plays her present role in Rectify on the Sundance Channel. Abigail Leigh Spencer, an American actress and film director with a television show. She was known for her roles in the drama show Rectify, as well as in the science-fiction show Timeless. Her first appearance on stage was All My Children, a soap opera based out of Gulf Breeze Florida. The soap drama All My Children earned her a prize from Soap Opera Digest for Best Female Newcomer. The following years, she mainly played guest roles on several TV shows. The most well-known was the role she played as Dr. Erin Jameson, in the show Hawthorne. Slowly with the help of her stunning looks and impressive acting talents, she was able to gain a massive following. Her first film appearance came at 20 and was performing in the film Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War & Chasing Mavericks were some of her films. The role she played for in Beautiful Now was recognized with a Madrid International Film Festival Award. Most recently, Spencer played Lucy Preston (history professor) in Timeless. Spencer is nominated to win the Teen Choice Award after her performance in the series received praise from critics.
